Type Definitions
- A: All Around, a more complete script, doesn't focus on one specific function.
- B: Beginner, designed more toward those just starting out on IRC.
- C: Channel Bot, usually designed to manage a channel while you're away.
- E: Entertainment, less serious, more fun and games. Popular with beginners.
- F: Fserve, a file server, offers selected files to channel users.
- L: Language/Non-English, file written for non-English speaking users. Description should specify the language.
- M: Multi-Server, capable of connecting to more than one server at once. Now a standard feature on mIRC 6.0+.
- O: Popups, offers custom popups, such as greeters or ascii pictures.
- P: Protection, focuses on protecting the user on IRC from mostly floods.
- U: Utility, usually does one specific function, such as a pager or inviter. Most addons fall in this category.
- W: War, contains features which are designed to mostly annoy others.
